The Presidential Secretariat has won a Gold Award and a Merit Award at the National ICT Awards 2026 for its modern digital systems aimed at building a citizen-centric, technology-enabled and accountable public service.
The awards ceremony, organized by the Sri Lanka branch of the British Computer Society (BCS), which conducts the National Best Quality Software Awards (NBQSA), was held yesterday (25) evening under the patronage of Deputy Minister of Digital Economy Engineer Eranga Weeraratne and Presidential Secretary Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.
The ‘IntegrityLink IAU Monitor’ system, developed by the Presidential Secretariat to securely and reliably manage complaints related to corruption in the public sector, received the Gold Award in the Public Sector and Government Citizen Services category.
The system enables citizens to submit complaints through digital channels, while authorized public officials can monitor, assess, investigate and respond to complaints through a structured process.
Meanwhile, the Litigation Management System (LMS) received a Merit Award in the Public Sector and Government – Digital Government category.
The LMS provides a centralized platform for managing litigation and mediation involving government institutions, supporting the monitoring, reporting and analysis of cases and facilitating faster, informed decision-making.
The National ICT Awards program aims to recognize innovation in Sri Lanka’s ICT sector, ensure quality in line with international standards and identify excellence at the national level.
The latest awards follow several achievements by the Presidential Secretariat at the National ICT Awards 2025, where the President’s Fund e-Services system won the Public Sector Most Outstanding ICT Achievement Award as well as a Bronze Award in the Public Sector and Government – Citizen Services category
