Taking to 'X' (formerly Twitter), Semasinghe disclosed his fruitful discussions with Mr. Robert Kaproth, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury, held during the Asian Development Bank (ADB) annual meeting in Tbilisi, Georgia.
