The Sri Lanka Police has restored its Police Clearance data system, allowing applicants to once again submit applications for police clearance reports through the usual online system.
According to a statement issued by the Police Media Division, the system has now been fully restored following a temporary disruption.
During the period of the disruption, applicants were permitted to submit their applications through the temporary email address [email protected].
The Police has requested all applicants who submitted their applications through the temporary email-based procedure to resubmit their applications through the online system and make the required payments.
Applicants are therefore advised to use the regular online application system for all new and previously submitted applications following the restoration of the service
