The Sri Lanka Police have announced the implementation of special traffic plans in the areas surrounding May Day parades and rallies scheduled for Wednesday (May 1).
Approximately 2,100 police personnel have been assigned security duties for the May Day events, with an additional 1,300 personnel deployed for traffic management during this period.
Detailed maps outlining road closures in Colombo, along with suggested alternative routes, have been released by the Police Media Division.
