A person was arrested by the Western Province South Crime Division with seven kilos of heroin which has a street value of Rs. 70 million.
Police said the suspect, a 45-year-old was arrested during a raid carried out in Maharagama.
The seized heroin stock and the suspect were handed over to the Police Narcotics Bureau for further investigation.
