A 30-year-old man has been arrested by Byagama Police in Kaduwela, Bomiriya, for possession of a substantial narcotics haul.
Police said that the suspect was carrying 15 kilograms of ice, 14 kilograms of hash, and 941 grams of heroin at the time of arrest.
