The Ministry of Education has unveiled the schedule for the conclusion of the first phase and the beginning of the second phase of the first academic term for Sinhala and Tamil government schools in 2024.
As per the Education Ministry's announcement, the first phase of the academic term is slated to end on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
Subsequently, the second phase of the first academic term is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
In addition, the ministry has specified that the second phase of the first academic term for Muslim schools will kick off on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
