Former Minister Dr. Bandula Gunawardena has been summoned to appear before the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) today (02).
He has been called in connection with an investigation into a complaint regarding an investment of Rs. 90 million from the Registrar of Companies Fund in another state-owned company, which reportedly generated a 59.5% return.
Mr.Gunawardena is expected to appear before CIABOC in relation to the investigation.
