The Wimalasurendra Reservoir has begun spilling following heavy rainfall in the catchment areas of hydropower reservoirs during the early hours of today (20).
Reservoir engineers said the water level of the Kelani River has risen slightly as a result of the Wimalasurendra Reservoir spilling.
