According to data released by the SLTDA, India continues to lead as the top source market, contributing 18.7% of the total arrivals with 10,595 Indian tourists visiting the island during this period. Other key source markets include the United Kingdom, Russia, Australia, and Germany.

With the addition of the latest figures, total tourist arrivals for 2025 have now reached 778,843, signaling strong growth and increased global interest in Sri Lanka as a travel destination.
