76 Arrested in Facebook Party Raid in Seeduwa

In a late-night operation on March 22, the Seeduwa Police arrested 76 individuals, including 15 young women, after raiding a Facebook-organized party at a hotel in the Kidigoda Bellana Watta area
The suspects, aged between 18 and 25, are primarily residents of Colombo's suburbs.
The police reported that the partygoers were found to be in possession of illegal drugs, including ice (crystal meth), Kerala cannabis, and cigarettes that were illegally imported into the country. Authorities believe that the attendees were consuming these substances during the event.
Seeduwa Police have seized the drugs and are conducting further investigations into the matter. The arrested individuals are expected to face legal charges related to drug possession and consumption.
