The district-level voter turnout for the 2024 General Election has already surpassed 40% in several districts, according to reports.

As of 12:00 p.m. on November 14, voter turnout in multiple districts has shown strong participation, such as Gampaha 40%, Nuwara-Eliya 40%., Kandy 30%, Matara 34%, Kegalle 32%, Batticaloa 32%, Puttalam 30%, Badulla 41%, Ratnapura 35%, Ampara 37%, and Trincomalee 45%, reflecting active engagement in the ongoing election. 

The Election Commission continues to track voter turnout across the country, with numbers expected to rise as the day progresses.
