Maharaja Group Appoints Lalith Fernando as Group Finance Director

With over three decades of extensive experience in finance and business operations across various sectors, both locally and internationally, Fernando is poised to drive CMG’s financial strategy forward. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and has previously served as President of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Sri Lanka.

Mr.Fernando holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Master’s in Financial Economics from the University of Colombo, underscoring his strong academic foundation in finance.

CMG expressed confidence that Fernando’s expertise will play a crucial role in steering the group towards its ambitious future goals.
