This decision follows a competitive international bidding process in which both OQ Trading Limited and Siam Gas Trading Pte. Ltd submitted bids. Siam Gas’s bid was rejected due to technical reasons, leaving OQ Trading as the selected supplier.
The contract was approved based on a proposal by the President and finalized by the Cabinet of Ministers.
