The Kandy Tourist Police Unit has arrested a Russian couple for staying in Sri Lanka without valid visas.
The couple, aged 39 and 32, were detained in the Hantana area of the Kandy Police Division yesterday evening (October 26).
They have been handed over to the Kandy Police, who are continuing their investigation into the matter.
