The Foreign Employment Bureau has announced the distribution of approximately 110 million rupees to victims of fraudulent foreign employment practices over the past year. This initiative follows the prosecution of individuals and unlicensed agencies involved in these deceptive activities.
In the last nine months, the bureau has received 570 complaints related to foreign employment fraud. In response, officials are urging the public to be cautious and verify employment opportunities through the bureau to avoid falling victim to fraudsters.
