Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath Meets Sierra Leone President

President Bio, who arrived in the country yesterday, is en route to Samoa for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).

Minister Herath visited President Bio at his hotel in Colombo this morning, where they engaged in talks aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and discussing mutual interests.

President Bio is expected to depart for Samoa later today to participate in the CHOGM, which brings together leaders from across the Commonwealth for discussions on key global issues.
