"Sarvajana Balaya" Alliance Kicks Off Election Campaign in Anuradhapura

On the eve of the campaign launch, Jayaweera met with the divisional leadership of the alliance from the Gampaha District in Kalgedihena. During the meeting, he emphasized that his political efforts are self-funded, stating, “We are doing politics by spending our own money, not by extorting money from others.”

He also expressed confidence in the upcoming election, calling it a “golden opportunity” and hinted at surprising results, stressing the importance of preserving the nation’s future, regardless of economic challenges.
