In the first nine months of this year, the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption has received a staggering total of 3,045 public complaints. This significant influx underscores the growing public concern over integrity within various sectors.

Out of these complaints, the Commission has authorized investigations into 811 cases. The efforts have led to the arrest of 67 suspects, including 20 police officers, highlighting the serious nature of the allegations being pursued.

In addition, 620 complaints were identified as pertinent to other institutions and were referred accordingly, as they did not come under the Bribery and Corruption Act.
