Former Parliamentarian Angajan Ramanathan has called on President Anura Kumara Dissanayake to reopen key roads in Jaffna, particularly in the Vali North High Security Zone. In a message on 'X' (formerly Twitter), Ramanathan stated that opening these roads would promote harmony and boost regional development.

His request follows President Dissanayake’s recent decision to reopen key roads in Colombo, including Sir Baron Jayathilake Mawatha and Janadhipathi Mawatha near the President’s House, which were opened to the public yesterday.
