National Election Commission has announced details regarding the election of the Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha
The relevant nominations will be accepted at the Galle District Secretariat, according to the Election Commission.
Deposits will be accepted from candidates from today 26th August to 11th September 2024. Election nominations will be called from 09th -12th September.
The term of the Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha, effective from November 2019, ended on March 2024, after the budget was defeated for the 4th consecutive time.
