The police say that a special traffic plan will be implemented on the Colombo - Galle main road due to the Esala Perahera of the historic Modara Temple in Ambalangoda today 23th and tomorrow24th.
This procession is scheduled to travel on the Galle-Colombo main road from 1.00 pm to 8 pm on the 23rd August and from 9 pm to 3 am on the 24th Augest.
Police asked the motorist using the Galle-Colombo Main road to use alternative routes during the above period.
