Nuwan Thushara rulled out from Indian series

This injury compounds the team’s recent troubles, following the absence of fast bowler Dushmantha Chameera due to illness.

Thushara’s injury, confirmed by the team’s medical staff, is a significant blow as Sri Lanka prepares for upcoming matches against India. He has been a crucial member of the bowling lineup, and his absence will be keenly felt.

Meanwhile, Dilshan Madushanka is expected to step in as Thushara’s replacement.
