A vehicle carrying Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Tissa Attanayake was involved in an accident on Jawatte Road in Colombo last night. According to reports, the MP's vehicle was struck by a speeding jeep.
Fortunately, MP Tissa Attanayake escaped unharmed, although his vehicle sustained damage in the collision. The MP confirmed the incident, stating, "I was unharmed but my vehicle was damaged."
Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident, which occurred due to the high speed of the oncoming jeep.
