Two persons were killed and two others were injured in another shooting reported at Galagoda in Ambalangoda tonight.
Police said two men arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on a group at a shop in Galagoda.
The injured were admitted to Balapitiya Hospital.
A T-56 firearm had been used for the shooting, and Ambalangoda Police are investigating.
This incident was the second shooting reported within a short period tonight.
