A delegation from Sri Lanka's National People's Power (NPP) party, headed by its leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake, convened a meeting with India's Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan at the Taj Mansingh Hotel last night, according to party sources.

Today, during the second day of their visit, the delegation is scheduled to visit the Observer Research Foundation and the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). The purpose of these visits is to engage in discussions about the functioning of the two institutions and explore potential areas of collaboration.

The NPP delegation's engagement with Indian officials underscores the importance of fostering bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation between the two nations.
