Following the Supreme Court's decision to dismiss the applications, the Education Ministry has decided to hold the GCE Advanced Level (A/L) examinations as scheduled.
The fundamental rights petitions referred to the Supreme Court seeking postponement of the A/L examinations were dismissed following the petitioner's decision to withdraw the applications which was was heard today (22).
Accordingly, the Examinations Department will arrange to conduct the A/L Examination from January 4 to 31, 2024.
