SriLankan Airlines clinched two prestigious awards at the South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) ceremony in Bangalore, India. The airline was honored with the title of "Leading International Airline - South Asia" and "Leading Airline Class - Business Class."
SATA, renowned as one of the most distinguished recognitions in the regional travel industry, acknowledges outstanding performers in South Asia's hospitality and travel sectors based on votes from industry professionals and passengers.
SriLankan Airlines, which was also honored as the 'Visitors Choice - Airline of the Year' at the previous year's SATA event, continues to affirm its leading position in South Asia with these dual achievements. The airline presently operates 140 weekly flights connecting Colombo to various South Asian cities in India, the Maldives, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
