The “Justice for the Robe – Freedom March,” organised under the leadership of the Maha Sangha calling for the release of Venerable Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero, is scheduled to reach Colombo today (15).
The march began on October 10 from the premises of the historic Sri Dalada Maligawa in Kandy and passed through Kadugannawa, Kegalle, Warakapola and Nittambuwa before concluding yesterday (14) in Kadawatha.
Accordingly, the march is scheduled to resume from Kadawatha this morning and proceed towards Colombo, marking the conclusion of the campaign.
