Sri Lanka will be without Kusal Mendis and Binura Fernando for the upcoming T20I series against England, with both players continuing rehabilitation from injuries sustained during the Lanka Premier League 2026.
Mendis is recovering from a right hamstring injury, while Fernando is undergoing rehabilitation for a back injury.

Pavan Rathnayake has been named as Mendis’ replacement.
