The Profood Propack & Agbiz 2026 exhibition is being held from August 21 to 23 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), bringing together businesses and professionals from Sri Lanka’s food processing, packaging, beverage and agriculture sectors.
The mega trade fair provides a platform for companies, entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders to showcase their latest products, services, technologies and solutions to a targeted audience.
The exhibition features a broad cross-section of the processed food and beverage industry, along with packaging solutions and products and services connected to agriculture. It also offers opportunities for businesses to build industry connections, explore new markets and identify potential partnerships.
Organisers said the event is designed to facilitate greater interaction among manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, investors and other stakeholders across the sectors.
With the final day taking place today, August 23, the exhibition is expected to continue providing visitors with opportunities to explore emerging products, technologies and business solutions while strengthening links across Sri Lanka’s food, packaging and agriculture value chains.
The event underscores the growing importance of innovation, technology and collaboration in supporting the development and competitiveness of these key sectors.
