Opposition leader meets Deputy Prime minister of the UK David Lammy

A special meeting was held today at the Office of the Leader of the Opposition in Colombo with the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, David Lammy, for a constructive discussion on trade reforms, legislative matters, and recovery efforts following the Ditwah disaster.

Joining Deputy Prime Minister Lammy were High Commissioner Andrew Patrick, Private Secretary Sukhvinder Sodhi, Head of the Deputy Prime Minister’s International Unit David Meyer, Special Adviser Fiona Meagher, and First Secretary (Political) Tom Soper.
