Chinese Communist Party delegation arrives in Sri Lanka

A delegation comprising 11 members, including senior officials of the Chinese Communist Party, arrived in Sri Lanka this morning.

The delegation was received at Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake by Minister Anura Karunathilaka, along with the Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka and other officials.

During their visit, the Chinese delegation is expected to pay special attention to the damage caused in Sri Lanka by the recent cyclone and discuss related matters.
