In a significant gesture of support for communities affected by Cyclone Diṭwah, the CBL Group contributed Rs. 100 million to the Government’s ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ Fund.
The donation was handed over on December 18, 2025, at the Presidential Secretariat by Group Director R. Wickramasingha to the Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.
Also present at the ceremony were Ms. N. Wickramasingha, Group Director of CBL Group, and Mr. Randeewa Malalasooriya, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Group. The contribution is aimed at supporting relief and rehabilitation efforts for communities severely impacted by the cyclone.
