Deputy Chief of Mission Howell today launched GeoAI for Disaster Resilience, a U.S. Embassy–supported initiative aimed at strengthening disaster preparedness and response through advanced technology.

The project will train officials from government institutions, academia, and the private sector in the use of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and geospatial software. Participants will gain hands-on experience with advanced American technology designed to improve data analysis, risk assessment, and coordination during emergencies.
