Accordingly, principals, teachers, and non-academic staff have been instructed to report to schools today (15) to make necessary preparations for the resumption of classes.
However, the Ministry noted that 147 schools affected by the disaster will be unable to reopen tomorrow due to prevailing conditions.
The Ministry of Education further stated that a relaxed policy regarding official uniforms will be applied for students as well as academic and non-academic staff in areas impacted by the disaster.
