A group of ambassadors and diplomatic representatives in Colombo today (11) donated their personal salaries to Minister of Foreign Affairs Vijitha Herath to support relief efforts for victims of the recent earthquake in Sri Lanka.
The Indonesian Ambassador, Dewi Gustina Tobing, initiated the contribution by donating her full salary to the relief fund. She was joined by several other diplomats representing missions in Colombo, who collectively expressed solidarity with the affected communities.
The diplomats who participated in the initiative were:

4. Masood Imad – High Commissioner of the Maldives

7. Alberto Arcidiacono – Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Italy
