Supreme Court Judge and President’s Counsel Yasantha Kodagoda was sworn in as the Acting Chief Justice before President Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the Presidential Secretariat today.
The appointment was made following the departure of Chief Justice Preethi Padman Surasena from the country.
Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, was also present at the occasion.
