As of today (December 1, 2025), a total of 309 flood-affected residents from the Muthur area have been safely evacuated and relocated to the Galkanda Viharasthana premises for shelter.
To strengthen response efforts, a Navy landing ship, a landing craft, and a coastal patrol vessel have been deployed and kept on standby in the sea area off Muthur. These assets are supporting ongoing humanitarian assistance and disaster relief missions in the region.
