The experimental book “Hasthi” authored by Salinda Sampath and centered on Heela elephants living witnesses of Sri Lanka’s historic Perahera culture was officially presented yesterday (06) to the President of the Owners’ Organization of Heela Elephants, Hon. Diyawadana Nilame Pradeep Nilanga Dela.
