Shooting incident reported in Borella

According to police, the incident took place around 8:40 p.m. near the Sirisara Uyana apartment complex. Two unidentified assailants who arrived on a scooter are said to have opened fire using a T-56 assault rifle before fleeing the scene.

All injured victims have been admitted to the National Hospital in Colombo for treatment. Borella Police have launched an investigation to identify and apprehend the suspects.
