Prime Minister joins to conduct sacred pooja at annual Adivel festival

On the occasion of the annual adivel festival of Colombo Sammankodu Sri Kadirvelayudaswamy temple, a pooja discount was offered to the teer which traveled the street from the temple tree on the 07th, Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya joined the occasion of conducting the pooja.
The Prime Minister was carried near the Vail after the Nadaswara play was presented the offering to the Vail. Ramesh Kurukkalthuman organized a special offering to the Prime Minister and the government on the special pilgrimage that was held at the temple tree house.
Following that special blessing pooja, the Prime Minister had offered the organizers of the teer festival to return to the temple tree hall by sharing the traditional Nadaswaram play. The Prime Minister expressed his thanks to the organizing board.
