Landslide disrupts Ginigathhena-Peragolla main road

A significant landslide has caused major disruption along the Ginigathhena–Peragolla main road, with a portion of the carpeted roadway near Thiniyagala.

The incident has raised serious safety concerns and created considerable inconvenience for motorists and residents in the area.

According to local authorities, while light vehicles are still permitted to pass with caution, heavy vehicles have been strictly prohibited from using the affected route until further notice.
