UNP and SJB agree to establish power in LG bodies

There was a special discussion today (19) between the Unity People's Force and the United National Party regarding the establishment of power in local government institutions where the people of the country have given majority power to the opposition during the 2025 local government elections.
Accordingly the policy matters in this matter were specially discussed, where successfully started the agreement to establish power in these assembly together with other parties of the opposition.
