Second phase of presidential secretariat's luxury vehicle auction set for tomorrow

The second phase of the Presidential Secretariat's ultra-luxury vehicle auction is scheduled to take place tomorrow (15), with 26 vehicles including luxury models and decommissioned units set to go under the hammer.
According to the Presidential Media Division, this initiative aims to reduce government expenditure and promote fiscal responsibility. All vehicles in this phase were manufactured within the last decade, and bidding closed today.
Vehicles on offer include a BMW, Porsche Cayenne, two Ford Everest jeeps, a Hyundai Terracan, two Land Rovers, a Mitsubishi Montero, several Nissan models, and six Toyota Land Cruiser Sahara V8s. Also up for auction is a Mitsubishi Rosa air-conditioned bus and five SsangYong Rexton jeeps.
In the auction’s first phase, 14 luxury vehicles, six end-of-life vehicles, and spare parts were sold, including nine Defender Jeeps.
The Presidential Media Division emphasized that the vehicles were previously used by presidential advisors and staff—not regular Secretariat employees.
