A large tree fell near the Cemetery Roundabout in Borella earlier today, damaging at least seven vehicles and leading to severe traffic congestion in the area, police confirmed.
According to authorities, the incident occurred during peak traffic hours, causing a significant disruption to the flow of vehicles. Emergency crews and municipal workers were quickly dispatched to the scene and are currently working to remove the fallen tree and clear the roadway.
No injuries have been reported so far, but police have urged motorists to avoid the area and use alternate routes while cleanup operations are underway.
