In the political landscape of Colombo, the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) is actively considering business tycoon Dhammika Perera as one of the potential candidates for the impending Presidential Election, according to SLPP General Secretary Sagara Kariyawasam.
During a media briefing on December 20, Kariyawasam revealed that while the party has not reached a final decision on their Presidential candidate, Dhammika Perera is currently among the contenders being seriously considered.
The SLPP continues its deliberations as the anticipation for the upcoming election intensifies.
