A drug stock worth nearly Rs 21,000 million have been from raids conducted this year, the Sri Lanka Navy said. 

Between January and November 26, 20,576 million rupees worth of drugs were seized. This includes 715 kilograms and 509 grams of heroin valued at 17,887 million rupees. 

Additionally, the Navy confiscated 3,641 kg and 15 grams of Kerala ganja and 50 kg and 288 grams of local ganja, amounting to 1,456 million rupees. 

A stock of 10 kilograms and 755 grams of ice drug, valued at 95 million rupees, was also taken into custody. 

Furthermore, 140 kilograms and 993 grams of hashish drug, worth 1,127 million rupees, were seized in raids this year. 

The Navy said that they arrested 14 foreigners, including 2 Pakistanis, 6 Iranians, and 6 Indians, in connection with the seized drugs.

Additionally, 215 individuals in the country have been arrested on charges of drug possession and transportation this year. The Navy also reported the confiscation of 3 boats owned by foreigners and 43 boats owned by local individuals.
