The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (Ceypetco) has announced a reduction in the retail prices of Petrol 92 and Petrol 95 Octane, effective from midnight on August 30.
Accordingly, the price of Lanka Petrol 92 Octane has been reduced by Rs. 15 per litre, from Rs. 414 to Rs. 399.
Meanwhile, the price of Lanka Petrol 95 Octane has been reduced by Rs. 20 per litre, from Rs. 495 to Rs. 475 per litre.
There will be no change in the prices of Auto Diesel, Super Diesel, or Kerosene under the latest price revision.
New Ceypetco Retail Prices
- Lanka Petrol 92 Octane: Rs. 399 per litre
- Lanka Petrol 95 Octane: Rs. 475 per litre
- Lanka Auto Diesel: Rs. 382 per litre
- Lanka Super Diesel: Rs. 478 per litre
- Lanka Kerosene: Rs. 285 per litre
The revised prices will apply island-wide from midnight.
