Sri Lanka women’s squad named for Asia Cup 2026

Sri Lanka Cricket has named a 15-member squad for the upcoming Women’s Asia Cup T20 tournament, with Chamari Athapaththu appointed as captain.

Harshitha Samarawickrama has been named vice-captain, while Kaushini Nuthyangana will serve as the wicketkeeper.

The Women’s Asia Cup is scheduled to be played in the United Arab Emirates from August 18 to September 13 as a T20 tournament.
